Event Inquiries

Event inquiry forms, emails, messages, or consultation requests are nonbinding. We may request additional information before determining whether we can accept an event.

An event date is not reserved until both parties sign a separate written agreement and any required retainer or deposit has been received and cleared.

Services, Pricing & Agreements

Descriptions of services on this website are general and may change. Final scope, pricing, payment terms, travel charges, cancellation rights, rescheduling terms, vendor responsibilities, and deliverables will be stated in a separate written proposal or contract for the event.

Travel is generally included within the first 100 miles from Las Vegas. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, a travel fee of $129 applies for each additional 100-mile radius. Additional lodging, transportation, parking, shipping, permits, vendor, venue, or destination expenses may also apply when disclosed in a proposal or agreement.

Website content, examples, package descriptions, and estimated pricing do not constitute a final quote or guarantee that a service, vendor, venue, date, product, or décor item will be available.

Intellectual Property

The website, logo, branding, text, graphics, layouts, photographs owned by Sage & Celebration, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.
